At Invisible Illnesses Inc., we understand the joy and peace a well-maintained garden can bring. Unfortunately, for many, sore joints, age, or ill health can make it difficult to keep up with regular garden maintenance. That's where we come in. Our dedicated team of volunteers is here to help keep your garden beautiful and thriving, all while keeping our fees affordable.

We offer a range of gardening services tailored to meet your needs:

General Garden Maintenance  $40/hour minimum 2 hours

 

Our general garden maintenance service includes:

• Lawn Mowing: Keeping your lawn neat and tidy.

• Edging: Giving your garden that perfect, finished look.

• Weeding: Removing weeds or dead plants to keep your garden beds clean.

• Leaf and Debris Removal: Raking up fallen leaves and clearing away debris.

• Pathway Cleaning: Sweeping or blowing pathways, driveways, and patios.

• Dead Head any flowering plants such as Roses and annuals to encourage them to bloom again

 

House Inspection Gardening +$300

For those preparing for a house inspection, our inspection gardening service provides a thorough cleanup to ensure your garden is in top shape.

This includes all tasks from our general maintenance service plus:

• Thorough Weeding and Pruning: Detailed attention to all garden areas.

• Outdoor Area Cleaning: Removing debris and cleaning outdoor furniture.

• Mulching: Applying mulch to garden beds for a fresh look.  (Customer to supply)

• Cobweb Removal: Clearing cobwebs from outdoor areas.

Add-On Services

To tailor our services to your specific needs, we offer several add-ons:

• Applying Mulch to Garden Beds +$100 (Customer to arrange the mulch)

• Fertilising +$50 (Customer to arrange fertiliser)

• Planting New Flowers or Shrubs +$50

• Cleaning External Windows +$80

• Pruning +$50

• Removing Weeds from Driveways, Paths, and Patios +$50

• High-Pressure Cleaning of Driveways, Paths, and Patios +$100

• Green Waste Verge Collection – placing green waste on the verge +$100

• Rubbish Verge Collection – Placing rubbish on the verge +$150

       Restoring Overgrown Gardens and Lawns +$150

Rubbish Removal

• While rubbish removal is not typically included, we will place all rubbish in your green waste bin or supply reusable bags for a small fee. For larger jobs, you may wish to arrange a green waste skip bin or hessian bag. If rubbish removal is required, it can be arranged for an extra fee. We will require a photo or video of what you require to be able to give you a price
   

Vacation Care +$50/week. 

• Our volunteer will empty your mailbox, pick up newspapers from your driveway, put your rubbish bins out, and generally make it look like someone is home. Please speak with us regarding your requirements.

 

Special Requests or Priorities

Have specific requests or priorities for your garden? Let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate them

 

Our Commitment

We strive to work around your schedule; however, availability is dependent on our volunteers. Our minimum booking time is 2 hours at $40 per hour, ensuring your gardening needs are met within the allotted time.

To best suit your needs, we offer flexible scheduling options:

• Hand trowel 

• Pruning shears 

• Lopper 

• Garden rake 

• Garden hoe 

• Broom

• Shovel

• Lawnmower

• Garden hose 

 

Payment Terms

You will be invoiced for the services rendered, with a 7-day payment period. Please note that if payments are not made for two successive sessions, your service will be suspended until payments are up to date.
