Pain Link Helpline: helpline offers a lifeline to individuals distressed by living with unrelieved pain and its impacts. Call 1300 340 357.

National Arthritis and Back Pain+ Help Line provides courses and highly trained volunteers to support people in dealing with pain, treatment options or accessing services. Call 1800 263 265.

Carer Gateway is a national service that provides information, support and resources for unpaid carers who are caring for someone with a disability, chronic illness, mental health condition, or who are frail due to age. They offer support through phone counselling, online resources, and assistance in accessing support services. Call 1800 422 737.

Australian Defence Force  All Hours Support Line (ASL) - 24 hours, 7 days is a confidential telephone service for ADF members and their families that is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The ASL is designed as a triage line, which simply means that it is there to help you access ADF or civilian mental health services more easily. Services that you can access include psychology, medical, social work, and chaplain services.
