About the event

You are cordially invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Invisible Illnesses Inc. This meeting is a significant event where we reflect on the past year's achievements, discuss future plans, and elect new board members. Your participation and input are crucial to shaping the future of our organization.

Agenda:

  1. Welcome and Opening Remarks: Join us as we kick off the meeting and acknowledge the efforts of our dedicated members and volunteers.
  2. Approval of Minutes from the Previous AGM: Review and approve the minutes from our last AGM to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  3. President's Report: Hear from our President about the progress made over the past year and our vision for the future.
  4. Financial Report: Gain insight into the financial health of our organization and our commitment to accountability.
  5. Election of Board Members: Participate in the democratic process by electing new board members who will lead us forward.
  6. Discussion of Future Plans: Engage in a discussion about our upcoming projects and initiatives and share your ideas for the future.
  7. Any Other Business: Have a chance to raise any other relevant matters or questions.

Please RSVP your attendance by 24th April 2024. If you are unable to attend, you can nominate a proxy to vote on your behalf.
