Administration Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer administrative assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to our organization by assisting with various administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with data entry, research, filing, and organizing documents

  • Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner

  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars

  • Assist with organizing and coordinating events and workshops

  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials for events

  • Provide general administrative support to staff as needed

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required

 

Time Commitment:

  • This is a part-time volunteer position, with a minimum commitment of one day per week. Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm. Flexible scheduling is available.
